Hi, we are Siena4Wedding

Let's get to know each other

We are Francesco and Irene, friends and colleagues who, after years of collaborating in the world of weddings, decided to join forces as a passionate duo of storytellers. We go beyond simply taking photographs and creating videos, transforming your most precious moments into timeless memories.

Our creative process revolves entirely around you—your story, your emotions, and your celebration. We don’t just document an event; we go deeper to understand what truly makes this moment special for you. In doing so, we create images and films that reflect the true essence of your experience.

Our photography embraces a spontaneous, photojournalistic approach, ensuring that every image feels natural, authentic, and full of life. Our videography, on the other hand, is a fluid and emotional narrative, weaving together feelings, details, and moments into a cinematic memory. Through our two artistic perspectives, we capture not just a single moment, but two unique stories that intertwine harmoniously.
We can’t wait to meet you, hear the story of your celebration, and bring your vision to life.

Let’s create something truly unforgettable together!

Irene

I’m Irene Borselli, a photographer with a lifelong passion for art, beauty, and visual storytelling. Born in Florence and raised in Siena, I grew up surrounded by the stunning landscapes, history, and artistic heritage of Tuscany—an environment that continues to inspire my work today.

After studying at the Art Institute of Siena, I graduated in 2016 with top honors in Graphic Design and Multimedia from LABA – Libera Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. Following my degree, I earned a diploma in Photography and Videomaking from the Comics School in Florence, further developing my visual and storytelling skills. Alongside photography, I also gained professional experience as a Social Media Manager, strengthening my understanding of visual communication and contemporary imagery.

Photography entered my life during my university years, and it was love at first click. Over time, I have exhibited some of my personal projects in local venues around Siena and explored different genres, from portrait and travel photography to weddings.

About ten years ago, I began working alongside my colleague Francesco, and since then we have been documenting weddings together, capturing authentic emotions and meaningful moments with a timeless and artistic approach.

More recently, I have discovered a passion for analog photography, whose slower and more intentional process has opened up a new creative perspective that I am gradually introducing into the experience I offer my couples.

Inspired by Renaissance art, historic architecture, and the beauty of the Tuscan landscape, I strive to create elegant, emotional, and enduring images that tell each couple’s story with authenticity and heart.

Francesco

I'm Francesco Giorni, a photographer born and raised in Siena, in the heart of Tuscany. Growing up in a city so deeply rooted in history, culture, and artistic tradition has profoundly shaped the way I see the world. Siena, with all its beauty and contradictions, has been a constant source of inspiration throughout my life and continues to influence my work today.

My journey behind the camera began at a very young age and evolved through years of study, mentorship, and professional experience. Influenced by documentary photography, fine art imagery, and a constant fascination with the relationship between light and emotion, I developed a style that combines authenticity, attention to detail, and a strong editorial aesthetic.

Over the years, my work has expanded far beyond weddings. I have worked extensively in advertising, portraiture, and high-end editorial photography, creating images for international publications, magazine covers, and commercial campaigns. Seeing my photographs published around the world has been both a privilege and an invaluable source of experience, teaching me how to craft images that are visually striking while remaining meaningful and emotionally engaging.

The experience gained through international editorial publications and magazine cover productions allows me to bring a fashion-inspired and editorial eye to wedding photography, creating images that feel as natural as they are sophisticated. What I bring to every wedding is the same level of care, creative direction, and attention to light, composition, and storytelling that I apply to professional editorial productions. My goal is not simply to document a day, but to create a collection of images that feel timeless, refined, and worthy of publication while remaining deeply personal and authentic.

About ten years ago, I began working alongside my colleague Irene, and together we have documented weddings throughout Tuscany, Italy, and beyond. Our complementary perspectives allow us to capture both the grand atmosphere and the intimate moments that make every celebration unique.

A defining element of my photography is the constant pursuit of painterly light. I have always been inspired by the dramatic use of light and shadow found in Caravaggio's work, and I continually seek to translate that same depth, atmosphere, and emotional intensity into my images. Whether photographing a quiet portrait, a fleeting gesture, or a grand celebration, I believe that light is the most powerful storytelling tool a photographer possesses.

Through every photograph, I strive to create images that balance elegance and emotion, transforming real moments into enduring visual memories that will remain meaningful for generations.
